Manager Internal Control

The ideal candidate would be a qualified CA / CPA with 8-10 years work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with SOX or GRC implementation experience.
Thorough experience in building Internal Controls frame work for alarge company based on COSO/ERM framework for Corporate Governance.
Experience in helping company achieve SOX compliance or preparingcompany for SOX compliance will also involve similar activities.
The candidates must have good experience in working with area owners to understand their processes, evaluate internal controls and design or rationalize existing controls to ensure good governance. Three most important processes are "Hire to Retire", "Procure to Pay" and "Order to Cash"
In addition the candidate should be either an expert or has reasonable expertise in SAP GRC or APPROVA software which is used in managing SAP authorization, Segregation of Duties (SOD) and process controls.

External Auditors required for the State Audit Institution of the United Arab Emirates

EXTERNAL AUDITORS , Senior Auditors and Assistant Audit Managers, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

State Audit institution (SAI) of the UAE is the external auditor for the UAE Federal Government. The SAI audits 70 clients ranging from Ministries to companies in which the government retains a percentage ownership.

Vacancies exist for external financial statement auditors (Senior Auditors and Assistant Audit Managers).

Applications will only be accepted if you meet the following requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in external audit (Big 4 or public sector preferred)
University qualification in accounting
ACCA, CPA or CA (essential for Assistant Audit Manager, preferred for Senior Auditor)
Proven ability to work in a challenging environment with tight timeframes
Superior communication, interpersonal and cross–cultural skills
Experience in coaching and mentoring audit staff
Fluent English language skills (Arabic language skills will be highly regarded)

Group Head Of Internal Audit

Our client, a diversified group of companies, is looking to recruit a Head of Internal Audit. The responsibilities include maintaining a continuous and effective working relationship with Senior Management to deal with current and pertinent issues; liaising with external auditors to coordinate and discuss audit related issues and resolve audit observations; ensuring that auditors possess the knowledge, skills and other competencies needed to perform their individual responsibilities; providing policies, procedures and audit programs to guide the audit staff; and preparing staffing plans and financial budgets including the number of auditors and the knowledge, skills and disciplines required to achieve the approved plan.

The candidate should have a Post Graduate in Accounting / BA along with accounting/auditing qualifications like CPA, CIA, CISA etc. and a minimum of 12 years auditing experience including 5 years in managerial position. He should have excellent skills in leadership, supervision, analysis, negotiation and communication skills.
